Macro is a private limited construction contracting and real-estate development firm established in November 1995. Macro’s main business is civil works contracting focusing on large infrastructure and Building contracts.

Vision

The mission of Macro is to be provided domestic and international construction services through innovative and optimal utilization of state of art technologies in a quality-focused, result-oriented, financially sound, and socially and environmentally responsible manner.

Macro aims to establish itself as a competent and recognizable civil works general contractor in Ethiopia and beyond. To this effect, it aims to turn the construction business it is engaged in into a commercial success and establish mutually beneficial long-term partnership relationships with its clients, specialized sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Quality Objective

Macro has placed adhering to and maintaining the highest quality standards at the core of its business. All construction contracts are led with the primary aim of adhering to a strict set of quality assurance and quality control procedures which are custom-made at the start of respective projects. Macro also intends to expand this mode of operation to other branches of its business, namely real-estate development and the production and sale of construction inputs such as crushed concrete aggregate. Measures are also being implemented to ensure continuous quality assurance and improvement in head office activities such as personnel administration and finance.
